Just discovered the site is ok, it was a problem with my server! - so you can follow the hunt by going to www.doglost.co.uk/forum.asp?ID=12420And also download posters if you are anywhere up that way. Small hand sized leaflets have now been made up for downloading and handing out - these can be found in the 'info' section to the left of the page, if anyone is local. Dennis was spotted on Sunday iirc some 8/9 miles from the crash site so is covering some ground, he coudl be anywhere by now tho dogs in this situation often return to the site of the crash. He was wearing a collar and lead as well as his muzzle, and should not be crowded - he may come if called by name, if you see him just stand still and call, please don't chase him I'm hoping that local media coverage and Dennis's hunger will do the trick, in placing him, and once it's know where he is, DogLost have experienced people who can set up 'catching' situations inc trapping if all else fails This is a really tense one isnt it, poor boy he must be very traumatised One dog which was in a crash a GDS cross, was caught very close to the scene months later - if Dennis can stay clear of cars he will be found, so try not to worry, he will have to come to people sooner than that as he can't catch rabbits

DogLost are liaising constantly with Tony who says he is overwhelmed by the help and concern he is being shown. He's being very active 'on the ground' as are several others so let's hope for good news soon. Just hope he's not stuck in woods, we've had several like that recently, with leads attached, and he can't bark for help poor boy

DogLost helpers have been out all weekend postering, driving aorund, and walking in the area but still no sign of Dennis. This is getting really worrying, thank goodness at least the weather is mild. Poor Dennis

Still no news? The river near to where Dennis was last seen was in flood, I'm now fearing the worst.

I check on here every night to see if this poor dog has been found and was just delighted to read it raced at Kinsley the other night! Does anyone have any details like where it was found and when and what sort of condition he was in. I take it he must have been ok to have raced.
