Hi all,
I am prepared to run the 2014 SKY GS Forum Tipsters Comp next year.
Please vote your preferred format and we will run with the majority.
It is your forum comp and without you entering the comp won't run so you guys and gals decide.
Kind regards,
Lee

I would still keep the Nap (Double Points) and NB (1.5 Points).
Are you going to support this year Paul?

points system better in my opinion, someone could nap a couple of big priced shots and win, points rewards consistency.

Prefer the £1 system as you can still catch up if you have to miss a week or 2 for some reason or have had a bad couple of weeks.
Least preferable for me would be the 6,5,4,3,2,1 system as there's no bonus for picking winners.

perhaps making it 10/7/5/3/2/1 is a compromise.

I think the system that is best for you Lee, your the one running it, and keeping all up to date. Thank you for running it again in the new year, and i hope you have a good one.

Even change back to 654321 points scoring with a bonus score if you select correctly both the NAP and NB.

People will always moan if they're not doing very well Lee Whatever system you use, people will drop out when they have a poor start, but personally I like to see something that rewards picking winners, even if I can't pick many myself!

perhaps making it 10/7/5/3/2/1 is a compromise. I prefer this format as it rewards the most winners as well as consistency. Also the way Philip used to post the details of the meeting on the main discussion board a few days before as this year i missed 2 meetings early on & with cancelling sky sports i didnt keep track of the meetings but a reminder on the main board with a link to the entry thread was very helpful. Well done Lee its a busy job

perhaps a 2nd competition run alongside, with each weeks winner being worth 3 points,2nd 2 points,3rd 1 point, the top 16 going into the last 4 weeks have aknock out comp.1st place v 16 place and so on,that way it keeps the comp live all year, those around the top 20 will all be trying to get into the top 16
